The Farmhouse Ale was one of our first beers and it’s never left the lineup. A saison brewed for the tropics — bright, expressive yeast character, Tettanger hops keeping it grounded, and a dry, refreshing finish that makes it dangerously easy to order another.

It’s the beer we recommend to anyone new to craft. Not intimidating, not one-dimensional. Just a really well-made ale that works in the heat of a Philippine afternoon. Pairs with almost everything on the menu and pleases almost every palate.
